Vision: As a small water district, we want to achieve excellence and exceed customer expectations. We will strive to ensure our customers have quality drinking water at a fair price providing a healthy environment and reliable water supply.
Values:
Service: Our purpose is to provide customers with safe, sustainable and reliable drinking water. Water that is in compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements. We strive to meet customer satisfaction, treating customers fairly, with respect and addressing their needs quickly and effectively.
Transparency: We want to create a trust-based environment by being open and honest about decisions and actions. We encourage the sharing of public data, insights, challenges and work to educate our customers on issues pertinent to responsible water resource management.
Accountability: Our District is a steward of public funds collected to provide a service to our community. These funds are managed responsibly, fairly and with honesty. We believe our customers are served best through continuous improvements and enhancements to the drinking water system.
Honorable: Those of us in leadership positions are aware of the impact of our own behavior therefore, we lead by example, with honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior. We strive to live up to the standards we advocate all the while sharing our passion for water and the fundamental resource it is.
